The Air Force men and women handball teams have booked a spot in the finals of the Greater Accra Handball Association (GAHA) and Greater Accra Handball League Club Association (GAHLCA) Championship Cup. This was after both teams beat their opponents at the semi-final matches which took place at the Supply Bus Stop Handball Court, Burma Camp on Tuesday 7 November 2023.

In the fiercely competitive games, the women handball team beat their female compatriots from the Ghana Police while the men handball team won their game against the Ghana Navy team.

Having booked their places in this year's finals, the Men's team will face the Ghana National Fire Service team and the Woman will face the Ghana Prisons Service team. These matches promise to be exciting and nerve-wracking.

Speaking to the Air Force media after the game, Head Coach of the team, Warrant Officer Class I Adza Kofi commended the players for their wonderful performances and promised to crown their campaign with the ultimate trophy.
