A team representing the Atech Embraer Group, a renowned international aerospace and defense company paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Frederick Asare Kwasi Bekoe in his office on Tuesday 24 October 2023 at the Air Force Headquarters, Burma Camp.

The visit aimed to strengthen relationships and explore potential areas of mutual cooperation between the two entities. It also allowed the parties to discuss avenues for collaboration, exchange knowledge and expertise and explore possibilities for future joint projects.

During the meeting, Air Vice Marshal Frederick Asare Kwasi Bekoe expressed his gratitude for Atech Embraer's visit, emphasizing the importance of fostering partnerships between the Ghana Air Force and leading international aerospace companies. He highlighted the need for advanced technology, training, and strategic defense capabilities to address evolving security challenges in the region.

AVM FAK Bekoe further stressed that such partnerships and training opportunities would greatly benefit the Ghana Air Force and the country as a whole.

The leader of the delegation, Mr Vinicius A Meng, International Business Director in charge of Defense thanked CAS for the warm reception and enumerated on a number of areas for possible cooperation. The delegation later made a power point business presentation to the Deputy Chief Staff Officers and Directors at the Headquarters.
