The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Eric Agyen-Frempong, and the Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Godwin Livinus Bessing, paid a commiseration visit to the wife and family of the late Squadron Leader Peter Bafemi Anala.

They were accompanied by the Chief Staff Officer at the Naval Headquarters, Commodore Nen Baba Abdul, and the Deputy Chief Staff Officer (Administration) at the Air Force Headquarters, Air Commodore Sophia Adzo Jiagge, on the visit, in the aftermath of the tragic helicopter crash.

Earlier, a delegation from the Air Force visited the families of Flying Officer Ampadu and Sergeant Mensah in Doryumu and Cape Coast, respectively to extend condolences and provide comfort.
