CHIEF STAFF OFFICER WELCOMES ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS FROM NIGERIA

The Chief Staff Officer (CSO) at the Air Force Headquarters, Air Commodore Sophia Adzo Jiagge, on behalf of the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Eric Agyen-Frempong, has welcomed 18 Ghana Air Force administrative officers following their successful completion of the Initial Personnel and Administrative Management Officers Course 32/2026 at the Nigerian Air Force Institute of Administrative Management (NAFI).

The officers returned after completing six months of intensive professional training aimed at enhancing their leadership, personnel management and administrative competencies. The course equipped them with the requisite knowledge and practical skills to improve administrative efficiency, strengthen human resource management and support effective service delivery within the Ghana Armed Forces.
Addressing the officers at the Air Force Headquarters on Monday, 13 July 2026, Air Commodore Jiagge congratulated them on their outstanding achievement and commended them for representing the Ghana Air Force with distinction during the course.

She urged them to translate the knowledge, skills and experience acquired into improved performance in their respective appointments, stressing that professionalism, innovation and dedication to duty remain critical to enhancing the operational effectiveness of the Ghana Air Force.
The CSO further encouraged the officers to uphold the highest standards of discipline and leadership while serving as agents of positive change within the Service, reminding them that the investment in their training carries with it the responsibility to mentor others and contribute to institutional growth.
