Air Force Base Tamale has held its third quarter durbar on Tuesday 29 August 2023.  The purpose of the durbar was to address pertinent issues and also to discuss the new vision for the Ghana Air Force.

The Base Commander, Air Commodore Joshua Lartei Mensah-Larkai expressed his gratitude to all personnel for their hard work and dedication. He also encouraged all personnel to continue to remain focused and professional at all times.

Air Commodore Mensah-Larkai also used the opportunity to inform personnel of the transition from the Base Welfare Fund to the SIC Group Insurance. He was positive that the new scheme would improve the welfare benefits of personnel.

He further assured personnel that the Base would continue to explore other collaborations aimed at meeting the welfare needs of personnel.
