Thirty-four Flight Cadets of Regular Career Course 64 of the Ghana Military Academy have begun an eight-week Faculty Term Exercise code-named, Exercise Eagle Call at the Air Force Base Takoradi on Monday, 5 May 2025.

The exercise which forms part of their training curriculum is to educate and prepare cadets on the relevance of air power in land and maritime operations with focus on helicopter operations. It is also to enable them develop the overall understanding of air operations and air power in a joint operational theatre.

Delivering his welcome address, the Base Commander, Air Force Base Takoradi, Air Commodore Kwabena Kissiedu Manukure Atiemo He advised that they maintain an excellent rapport with the highly skilled team of instructors and ask relevant questions to enhance their understanding of operations of the Ghana Air Force.

He emphasised the need for them to maintain the highest standard of discipline to uphold the image of the Ghana Armed Forces.
