A delegation from France’s Institute of Advanced National Defence Studies, led by Major General Outstric, in the company of the Defence Attache of France to Ghana, Col Grégoire Madelin met with the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Eric Agyen-Frempong, on 4 June 2025.

The visit, part of a wider trip that also included talks at the National College of Defence Studies, focusing on expanding cooperation in military training, leadership development and capacity-building to address shared security challenges.
