GHANA AIR FORCE PARTAKES IN 2024 CIVIL SERVICE WEEK CELEBRATION

As part of the conscious effort to improve Civil/Military cooperation, the Ghana Air Force has participated in the Policy and Tourism Fair of the 2024 Civil Service Week Celebration.

 

 

The civil service week which started from Wednesday 24 April to Friday 3 May 2024 at the Civil Service and Local Government Staff Association, Ghana (GLOGSAG) Headquarters was under the theme, "Combating Threats to Sub-Regional Peace and Society: Perspective of the Civil Service".

 

 

The event created the platform for the various Ministries, Department and Agencies including other private sector organisations to showcase their services and products to civil service staff and the general public.

 

 

In an interview with No. 4 Wing Pilot, Flight Lieutenant Isaac Antieme in charge of the Air Force stand at the GLOGSAG premises, he noted that the exhibition was beneficial as it provided the Armed Forces an avenue to educate the public on the various operations in safeguarding the peace and sovereignty of the country.

 

 

 

Flight Lieutenant Antieme mentioned that the patronage had been massive and applauded the organisers of the event for doing a good job.
