GHF SUPPORTS SPECIAL OPERATIONS BRIGADE IN SUCCESSFUL PASSING OUT PARADE

The Ghana Air Force (GHF) has once again demonstrated its commitment to military cooperation and operational excellence by providing vital air support to the Army Special Operations Brigade during the passing out parade for the Special Forces Basic Course 3-24 and Basic Sniper Course 2-24 on Friday 6 September 2024 at the 64 Infantry Regiment, Gondar Barracks, Burma Camp.

 

 

 

As part of the ceremony, a helicopter from GHF conducted a fast-roping exercise, showcasing the agility and coordination of the Armed Forces. This aerial demonstration illustrated the essential role that air support plays in modern military operations, enhancing the operational capability of ground troops.

 

 

 

Graduates of the Special Forces Basic Course 3-24 and Basic Sniper Course 2-24 were lauded for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance throughout their eight (8) months of rigorous training. The successful completion of these courses equips the soldiers with advanced skills necessary for a wide range of military operations and enhances their ability to respond to various security challenges.

 

 

 

The Chief of the Army Staff, Major General Bismarck Kwasi Onwona who was the Guest of Honour of the ceremony expressed his gratitude to GHF for the continues support throughout the training of troops.

 

 

The graduates stood proudly in formation, ready to take on the challenges ahead since they have been equipped with the right skills and knowledge from their training.
