It was a night of pure bliss and fireworks as the Ghanaian Highlife and Afrobeat musician, Eugene Kwame Marfo popularly known as Kuami Eugene delivered nonstop hits and sparked up the atmosphere at the Air Force Base (AFB) Accra on Thursday 21 December 2023.

The 'Monica' hitmaker showcased an amazing performance which kept patrons on their feet dancing and singing along his songs at the joint Air Force Headquarters and Air Force Base Accra West African Soldiers Social Activity (WASSA).

Performing his songs like Angela, Wish me well, Ohemaa, Open Gate, Show body, Confusion and others, added to the already electrified scenery to give patrons a wonderful experience to relish.

In his address, the Guest of Honour and former Chief of the Defence Staff, Air Marshal Michael Samson-Oje praised the Air Force Command for organising such an event and ensuring that personnel were provided with the necessary resources in executing the mandate of the Ghana Air Force.

Air Marshal Samson-Oje further commended personnel for their hard work, professionalism and commitment over the period in safeguarding the territorial integrity of the Country and urged them to keep it up.

Some dignitaries present at the event were, the Deputy Defence Minister, Hon Kofi Amankwah-Manu, Service Chiefs, Commandants, Formation Commanders, Retired Officers, Defence Attachés’ among others.
