NEWLY PROMOTED AIR FORCE WARRANT OFFICERS AND SENIOR NCOS URGED TO UPHOLD MILITARY VALUES AND WORK ETHICS

The Base Commander, Air Force Base Accra, Air Commodore Eric Agyen-Frempong has called on newly promoted Air Force Warrant Officers (WOs) and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) to uphold the core values of integrity, leadership and dedication within the Ghana Air Force.

 

 

Speaking at an initiation, elevation and reaffirmation ceremony held on Thursday, 7 November 2024 at the WOs’ and SNCOs’ Mess, Air Force Base Accra, Air Commodore Agyen-Frempong encouraged the newly elevated personnel to continuously uphold high standards of military conduct and work ethics to ensure the efficient and effective execution of their duties.

 

 

In his remarks, the Base Commander congratulated the newly promoted personnel and reminded them of their responsibilities within the Mess and their roles as mentors. He emphasised the importance of passing on their knowledge and experience to younger airmen, recognizing their pivotal role in shaping the future of the Ghana Air Force.

 

 

 

He urged them to embody discipline and remain guided by the values that are essential for fulfilling the vision of the Ghana Air Force in the pursuit of excellence through well-trained and motivated personnel.

 

 

 

On his part, the President of the Mess Committee (PMC) WOI Antwi Lutterrodt Richard, welcomed and congratulated the new members of the Mess. He noted that the ceremony is a testament to the hard work, integrity and commitment each of them has demonstrated to the Ghana Air Force. The PMC reminded them of their duty as stewards of military tradition, urging them to lead by example and inspire their peers and subordinates.

 

 

WOI Lutterrodt further advised members to actively participate in Mess activities and fun packed activities aimed at fostering comradeship among personnel.
