A team from RIEPCO SOLAR delivered an insightful lecture on the operations and benefits of solar energy to Officers of the Ghana Air Force on Tuesday 13 August 2024 at the Air Force Headquarters, Burma Camp.

The Chief Operating Officer, Mr Justice Otoo mentioned that his presentation was aimed to enhance the understanding of renewable energy solutions as part of the company's commitment to supporting the Ghana Armed Forces.

The session highlighted the critical role of solar energy in promoting sustainability and reducing dependency on conventional energy sources. Mr Justice Otoo emphasised how RIEPCO SOLAR's innovative technologies and strategies can facilitate efficient energy usage within Military Operations, ultimately leading to cost efficiency, flexibility and energy storage.

The presentation was attended by Officers who engaged in detailed discussions on the practical applications of solar energy within military context which generated considerable interest.

The presentation concluded with commitment from both parties to further explore opportunities for integrating solar energy within Ghana Air Force.
