Russian Defence Attaché to Ghana, Naval Captain  Victor Dolgerov  paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Frederick Asare Kwasi Bekoe at the Air Force Headquarters on Wednesday 10 July 2024.

The purpose of the visit was to enable Naval Captain Dolgerov to introduce himself to the CAS as the new Military, Air and Naval Attache’ to Ghana. He also used the opportunity to congratulate AVM Bekoe on his assumption into office.

The Russian DA expressed gratitude for the warm reception and hospitality extended by the CAS. He noted the long existing  partnership between the two institutions and assured him of the continuous collaboration.

AVM Bekoe welcomed the DA to the HQ and congratulated him on his new appointment. He also recounted the relationship between the two countries stating that both countries would work together to strengthen the bond between them.

The meeting was climaxed with the exchange of mementos between the CAS and the DA.
