The Ghana Air Force Aviation College (GHFAC) recently held a closing ceremony for personnel who completed the CASA C-295 Type Rating Course on Friday, 23 May 2025.

The ceremony took place at the GHFAC auditorium, Air Force Base, Accra.

The six-week course was designed for technicians to learn and perform specific systems on the CASA C-295 aircraft. It also aimed to equip the participants with practical knowledge of the aircraft.

During the event, Deputy Commander of Air Force Logistics Command (AFLOC), Group Captain Appianing Boateng, who was the Guest of Honour congratulated the students for their hard work and teamwork throughout the course. He encouraged them to apply the practical knowledge they acquired during their studies for effective operations.
