GHANA MILITARY CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP DONATES BIBLES TO AIR FORCE HEADQUARTERS

The President of the Ghana Chapter of the Military Christian Fellowship (MCF), Brigadier General Michael Akpatsu (Rtd), led a delegation to donate fifty (50) copies of Bibles and other Christian devotional handbooks to the Air Force Headquarters on Wednesday, 21 January 2026. The donation is to strengthen spiritual support and moral guidance within the Ghana Air Force.

Brigadier General Akpatsu (Rtd) explained that the donated Bibles were for distribution to the various guard and duty points across the Air Force Headquarters as part of Operation Duty Post Bibles, which the Fellowship launched two years ago. The initiative supports personnel on duty with spiritual resources, given the nature of deployments that often prevent many personnel from attending church services.

He further stated that plans were underway to extend the provision of these materials to all personnel and their families. He also encouraged personnel to join the Fellowship, noting that its activities support the spiritual well-being of personnel and their relationship with God.

The Director Administration, Group Captain Zenabu Yakubu, received the donation on behalf of the Air Force Headquarters and expressed appreciation to the leadership of the Fellowship. She assured them that the Bibles would be distributed accordingly and that personnel would be encouraged to join the Fellowship.

The presentation highlights the role of faith in supporting personnel and positively impacting their effectiveness in the performance of military duties.
