AIR FORCE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY GRADUATES 22 OFFICERS FROM SQUADRON COMMANDERS’ COURSE

The Air Force Leadership Academy has graduated 22 officers from Squadron Commanders’ Course 1/2026 during a closing ceremony held on Friday, 5 June 2026, at the Ghana Air Force Aviation College. The eight-week professional development programme was designed to strengthen participants' leadership, operational planning and command capabilities.

 

 

Addressing the graduates, the Guest of Honour and Support Group Commander, Group Captain Benjamin Milwono Worlanyo Adjani, commended the Air Force Headquarters, Training Command and the Ghana Air Force Aviation College for their commitment to developing competent and mission-ready leaders for the Ghana Air Force.

 

 

He expressed confidence that the knowledge and experience gained through lectures, presentations, syndicate discussions and practical exercises would enhance the officers’ effectiveness in command and staff appointments. He further urged the graduates to apply the lessons learnt in the discharge of their duties and to continue striving for professional excellence.

 

 

The highlight of the ceremony was the recognition of Squadron Leader Reginald Nsowah as the Overall Best Participant for his outstanding performance throughout the course.

 

 

The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates to the graduates in recognition of their successful completion of the programme.
