The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Frederick Asare Kwasi Bekoe, on Wednesday 8 May 2024, delivered a lecture to students of the National College of Defence Studies (NCDS) course 1-2023 at Burma Camp. The lecture which was centered on strategic air power, the role of the Ghana Air Force and impact on National Security Strategy was delivered to a total of 19 participants.

During his presentation, AVM Bekoe highlighted on the National Security Strategy, strategic air power, the primary and secondary role of the Ghana Air Force with emphasis on the use of air power in achieving security objectives. He also elaborated on the impact of air power on national security and the challenges and opportunities.
