CLOSING CEREMONY HELD FOR FALCON 900EX TYPE RATING COURSE

The Ghana Air Force Aviation College (GHFAC) has held a closing ceremony for personnel who took part in the ‘Falcon 900EX Type Rating Course’ on Friday 13 October 2023 at the GHFAC auditorium in Burma Camp, Accra.

 

The five (5) weeks course was organised for technicians to learn and master the maintenance and operations of the Falcon 900Ex aircraft.  It also provided the opportunity to refresh the knowledge of technicians already assigned to the FALCON 900Ex and other aircraft belonging to the Ghana Air Force.  

 

 

Speaking at the event, the Guest of Honour, Air Commodore Christopher Nii Armah Mills, congratulated the students who participated in the Course for their hard work and teamwork during their studies.

 

 

He urged the graduands to exhibit the technicalities and knowledge acquired during their studies in the discharge of their duties when they go back to their various units. In addition, he advised the graduands to maintain the standard of discipline and time-consciousness which has been their hallmark during the course. 

 

 

Air Commodore Mills also commended the Chief Instructors, Instructors and Resource Persons for the impactful sessions and tutelage they offered the students during the period.

 

 

Other guests present at the ceremony were, Director Engineering, Group Captain Richard Danso, Deputy Director Engineering, Wing Commander Boateng and Commanding Officer, Ghana Air Force Aviation College, Squadron Leader EO Kweitsu.
